Acceptable use policy

Snapstack provides managed business email and calendar setup for normal, lawful business communication. This policy explains what is permitted and what is not permitted.

Normal business email only

The service is intended for ordinary business email and calendar use, including messages to customers, suppliers, partners, staff and other legitimate business contacts.

No bulk email or cold outreach

Snapstack must not be used for bulk email, cold outreach, newsletters, purchased lists, rented lists, scraped contacts, spam or marketing automation. Accounts are not provided for high-volume sending campaigns.

No phishing or impersonation

Customers must not use the service for phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, misleading sender identities, deceptive domains or messages that misrepresent the sender.

No illegal or harmful content

Customers must not send or host unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious or otherwise harmful content through accounts managed by Snapstack.

No guaranteed inbox placement

Snapstack configures standard domain records and setup practices, but no provider can guarantee inbox placement. Recipient servers, mailbox providers and sending behaviour all affect deliverability.

Suspension for abuse

Snapstack may suspend or terminate support for any account, mailbox or domain used in a way that appears abusive, unlawful, misleading or harmful to platform reputation.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for owning or lawfully controlling the domain used for setup, keeping account access secure, following applicable laws and using the service only for legitimate business communication.
